Experienced Project Risk Manager role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting project risk management in real estate and project management environments.
The role covers risk assessments across real estate portfolios, development projects, and operational activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement risk strategies and policies aligned with project requirements and timelines.
- Prepare detailed risk reports and documentation for stakeholder review and board presentations.
- Establish and maintain risk frameworks, controls, and procedures to minimize organizational exposure.
- Conduct risk workshops, training, and awareness programs to promote a risk-conscious culture.
- Review contracts and agreements to identify potential risks and recommend protective measures.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of professional experience in risk management, with substantial focus on real estate and project risk.
- Proven expertise in risk assessment, analysis, and mitigation strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and risk modeling techniques.
- Demonstrated experience with risk management software and analytical tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
