Develop and implement the Program Risk Management Strategy, Plan, and Procedures to support successful project delivery.

Identify, assess, and monitor risks that may impact the achievement of program objectives related to scope, schedule, cost, quality, and performance.

Facilitate risk identification workshops and collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to proactively manage program risks.

Analyze and prioritize risks based on likelihood, impact, and overall exposure to support informed decision-making.

Develop and recommend appropriate risk mitigation and response strategies to reduce project risk exposure.

Quantify risk impacts and support the development of cost and schedule contingencies, including Monte Carlo Simulations where required.

Establish and maintain Program Risk Registers and Risk Breakdown Structures (RBS).

Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of risk response actions and recommend corrective measures where necessary.

Track changes in risk exposure, identify emerging risks, and ensure mitigation plans remain current and effective.

Conduct Risk Maturity Assessments and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

Identify and coordinate key stakeholders to support effective risk management across the program.

Recommend, implement, and configure risk management tools and systems to support project controls and reporting requirements.

Establish risk management governance, reporting processes, recurring meetings, and communication protocols.

Prepare risk reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries for project leadership and stakeholders.

Provide risk management guidance, mentoring, and training to Program Team members.
