Job Overview
IPIA Security LLC is seeking a strategic and analytical **Risk Management Director** to lead enterprise risk management initiatives and strengthen organizational resilience.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional with expertise in risk assessment, compliance, and operational security.
The Risk Management Director will oversee risk management frameworks, identify potential threats, and implement strategies that protect organizational assets and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise risk management strategies and policies.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and mitigation planning activities.
- Monitor operational, financial, regulatory, and security-related risks.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to strengthen risk management processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and corporate governance requirements.
- Lead incident analysis, reporting, and corrective action planning.
- Prepare risk reports and strategic recommendations for executive leadership.
- Support business continuity and crisis management initiatives.
- Promote a culture of risk awareness and compliance across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in risk management, compliance, or security leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Professional certifications related to risk or compliance are an advantage.
