Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Risk Compliance Officer located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Risk Compliance Officer will be responsible for implementing and managing compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, identifying and analyzing potential risks, and working closely with internal teams to promote a culture of compliance.
The individual will evaluate financial operations, manage documentation, and collaborate with relevant authorities to maintain organizational integrity and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance
- Strong Analytical Skills, particularly for risk identification and mitigation
- Knowledge and experience in Finance and Financial Services industries
- Understanding of local and international financial regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; certification in compliance or risk management is a plus (e.g., ICA, CAMS, etc.)
- Prior experience in compliance or risk roles is highly advantageous
