Manager-level GRC, internal audit, and compliance role supporting a client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Initial three-month engagement with immediate availability requested.
Responsibilities
- Support and execute GRC, internal audit, and compliance engagements; perform risk assessments, process reviews, and internal control evaluations.
- Conduct compliance monitoring, controls testing, and validation; identify control gaps, compliance issues, and process improvements.
- Develop risk and control matrices, audit workpapers, findings, and remediation plans.
- Support governance framework, policy, procedure, and control enhancements; track management actions through remediation and closure.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management; work independently with client stakeholders and manage assigned workstreams.
Candidate profile
- Approximately 6–10+ years of relevant GRC, internal audit, risk, compliance, or advisory experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in internal audit, risk assessment, controls testing, and compliance reviews.
- Experience managing client-facing advisory engagements and senior stakeholders; strong report writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Big 4 or Big 10 advisory/consulting background is preferred.
- Aviation, financial services, or other regulated/cross-border industry experience is advantageous.
- CIA, CISA, CRMA, GRCP, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional certifications are advantageous.
