What You’ll Do

  • Your role will be interesting and varied and will include: Lead the governance framework for key HSET management systems across the operation. Establish clear standards for risk and assurance ownership. Ensure processes remain aligned with legislative, corporate and operational requirements. Provide strategic advice to the Manager HSET and operational leaders regarding risks, assurance and improvement opportunities. Monitor action completion, effectiveness and sustainability. Oversee the operation’s Contractor Management Standards.

  • You’ll be organised, detail focused and comfortable working across multiple processes, stakeholders and compliance requirements. Ideally, you will bring: Demonstrated experience in a supervisory, leadership or senior specialist capacity. Strong understanding of HSET management systems, governance and assurance. Strong analytical and problem-solving capability. Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and leadership capability. Experience with Damstra, FPe, ChemAlert and Power BI. Experience with contractor management and site access systems. Experience with SAP/SuccessFactors. Why Join Us?
