Risk Analytics - Product Analyst - Senior

Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and align stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams.
• Define user stories and lead UAT through test execution, functionality validation, and release readiness.
• Run iterative testing, identify and document defects, validate fixes, and perform regression testing.
• Support task execution through process optimization, resource management, personnel allocation, team supervision, and performance evaluation as needed.
• Clarify requirements and resolve gaps between business and engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
• Engage clients and end users, address queries, troubleshoot issues, and capture feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support release planning, rollout communications, training, product implementation, user onboarding, and change management.
• Monitor post-release performance, identify enhancements, prioritize backlogs, and maintain requirements and testing documentation.
• Support strategy, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management for Internal Controls and Audit solutions.
• Own MIS, reporting, KPI tracking, executive dashboards, and large-data analysis to identify control gaps.
• Identify automation and AI opportunities for audit and internal-control processes.

Skills and Attributes

• Assess internal processes to identify findings, vulnerabilities, and control gaps across applications and infrastructure.
• Understand controls for business processes, ITGC, cyber, data protection, and privacy, including design and operating-effectiveness testing.
• Create process documentation and translate Risk or Finance business problems into solution or product requirements.
• Exposure to Risk, Finance, Supply Chain Operations, or related business functions is preferred.
• Interest in AI and analytics-driven Risk solutions, AI-led products, and tech-enabled solution environments is preferred.
• Agentic AI architecture, foundation models, LLM risks, and AI deployment lifecycle knowledge are referenced.
• Identify control-automation opportunities using analytics platforms.
• Presales, solutioning, proposal support, or client-presentation exposure is a plus.

Required Qualifications

• Bring three to six years of Risk Advisory experience, preferably Internal Controls, at a Big Four or comparable professional services firm.
• Hold a CA qualification or a master’s degree in Business Administration or Risk Management.
• Have product management experience with ownership of business-solution delivery.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Have experience with reporting, MIS, analytics, data-driven decision-making, product implementation, and deployment.
• Possess mandatory expertise in Internal Controls, Risk, Compliance, or Audit.
• Have at least one technical skill in Python, Databricks, full stack development, or AI.
• CISA, CISM, CIA, AIGP, ISO 42001, CISSP, CRISC, CCSK, and ISO 27001 certifications are good to have.
