Risk Analytics - Product Analyst - Senior

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into requirements and user stories aligned across stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams.
• Support UAT, iterative testing, defect tracking, fix validation, and regression testing before releases.
• Engage clients and end users, resolve queries, gather feedback, and support continuous product improvement.
• Support releases, product onboarding, change management, roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and product adoption.
• Maintain requirements, UAT, test, and user feedback documentation.
• Own MIS, reporting, KPI tracking, executive dashboards, and product performance monitoring.
• Analyze datasets, identify control gaps, and identify automation and AI opportunities for audit and internal control processes.

Skills and Attributes

• Risk assessment includes identifying findings, vulnerabilities, control gaps, and deviations across applications and infrastructure.
• Understand controls covering business processes, IT general controls, cybersecurity, data protection, and privacy.
• Create process documentation and translate Risk or Finance business problems into product requirements.
• Understand agentic AI architectures, technical guardrails, foundation models, and AI deployment risks.
• Demonstrate strong communication, analytical thinking, collaboration, organization, and attention to detail.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced global delivery environment with distributed teams.

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of Risk Advisory experience, preferably in Internal Controls, at a Big 4 or comparable professional services firm.
• CA or a master's degree in Business Administration or Risk Management.
• At least one hard technology skill is required: Python, Databricks, full-stack development, or AI.
• Product Management experience with ownership of business solution delivery.
• Experience in reporting, MIS, analytics, data-driven decision-making, product implementation, and deployment.
• Mandatory domain expertise in Internal Controls, Risk, Compliance, or Audit.
• Certifications including CISA, CISM, CIA, AIGP, ISO 42001, CISSP, CRISC, CCSK, or ISO 27001 are good to have.
• Exposure to Risk, Finance, Supply Chain Operations, presales, solutioning, proposal support, or client presentations is preferred or advantageous.
