Job Title: Risk Analyst – Vendor Risk & RCSA (Contract) - Immediately available

Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Summary

We are seeking a contract Risk Analyst to support delivery of vendor (third-party) risk assessments and Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) in a fast-paced financial services environment. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role using established templates and methodologies.

Third-Party Due Diligence (Vendor Risk Management)

• Conduct due diligence assessments for 9 technology vendors and 2 introducing agents using the internal vendor assessment methodology
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain contracts, documentation, and required information
• Review and analyse vendor submissions to identify risk exposures
• Prepare and document detailed risk assessment reports
• Ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and internal risk standards

Risk & Control Assessments (Enterprise Risk Framework)

• Support the execution of Risk and Control Assessments (RCA) across ~60 identified business processes
• Collaborate with functional heads across the business to identify, design, and validate risks and controls
• Conduct high-level testing of existing controls to assess effectiveness
• Document findings, gaps, and recommendations in structured reports per function
• Contribute to the development of the Enterprise Risk Profile (Entity-Wide Risk Assessment)
• Support remediation efforts and tracking of identified risk gaps

Candidate Profile

• 4–5 years’ experience in risk management or internal audit
• Background from financial institutions or audit/consulting firms
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, control environments, and regulatory expectations (CBUAE preferred)
• Experience in vendor risk / third-party risk assessments is highly advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-based environment
