We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Risk Analyst who is fluent in both Arabic and English to join our team in Dubai.
In this role, you will act as a key consultant across internal departments, driving risk identification, monitoring compliance, and supporting change management initiatives to protect and elevate our operational resilience.
The ideal candidate bridges the gap between risk management and strategic execution, ensuring that risk considerations are seamlessly woven into organizational changes.

Responsibilities
- **Risk Register Governance:**
- Own, update, and rigorously maintain the corporate risk register, ensuring all operational, financial, and strategic risks are accurately documented and tracked.
- **Change Management Integration:**
- Act as a risk consultant during organizational transitions.
- Assess the risk impact of proposed changes in processes, technology, and structures to minimize disruption.
- **Internal Advisory & Consulting:**
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide internal consulting on risk mitigation strategies, control frameworks, and best practices.
- **Analysis & Reporting:**
- Analyze complex data sets to identify emerging risk trends.
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports and dashboards for senior leadership in both English and Arabic as required.
- **Risk Culture Advocacy:**
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to promote risk awareness and a proactive compliance culture across the organization.
Qualifications
- **Language Proficiency:**
- Native or professional fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is strictly required for stakeholder management and documentation.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Risk Management, Risk Advisory, or Management Consulting.
Required Skills
- **Core Expertise:**
- Proven experience managing an enterprise Risk Register.
- **Strong understanding:**
- of Change Management principles and frameworks.
- **Analytical Skills:**
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset to evaluate controls and vulnerabilities.
- **Communication:**
- Excellent consultative skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and simplify complex risk concepts for non-technical audiences.
