Job Title: Rigging Supervisor / Lifting Supervisor
We are urgently hiring experienced **Rigging Supervisors / Lifting Supervisors** for ongoing industrial and oil & gas projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in rigging and lifting operations
- Experience in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of lifting plans, rigging procedures, and safety standards
- Experience handling cranes, heavy lifting, and critical lifting activities
- Valid rigging/lifting certification preferred
- Ability to supervise riggers and coordinate with site teams
- Good communication and leadership skills
Preferred Experience
- Rotating and stationary equipment lifting activities
- Shutdown/turnaround project experience is an advantage
- GCC experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise all rigging and lifting activities on site
- Ensure safe execution of lifting operations
- Coordinate with crane operators, engineers, and safety teams
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with HSE standards
- Inspect lifting tools, tackles, and equipment before operations
- Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR7,000.00 per hour
