Role overview
The Rigger Foreman manages and supervises heavy-lifting operations and rigger crews at job sites.
Duties
- Review lifting plans, calculate load weights and angles, and select suitable lifting gear.
- Lead day-to-day deck or site operations, assign tasks, and verify rigger competency and training.
- Conduct toolbox talks, control exclusion zones, and stop unsafe work.
- Inspect rigging equipment before use and maintain third-party testing and planned-maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with crane operators, site engineers, and project managers to keep work on schedule.
- Enforce safety and compliance standards during heavy-lifting operations.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
