Ride Operator (Level 3) - Expression of Interest

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment as trained and set out in procedures • Maintain safe and efficient operation of high-level technical equipment as per procedure • Maintain a safe environment for our guests and other members of staff • Identify hazards and respond appropriately to prevent accidents • Ensure guests receive excellent customer service, whilst engaging and facilitating fun • Work quickly and safely to minimise queue lines • Accurate record keeping • Report all maintenance and safety issues to supervisor immediately • Monitor and coach ride attendants to ensure efficiency and safety is maintained • Ensure high levels of vigilance are maintained at all times
