Our team is expanding, and we are seeking a

Dedicated Rfp & Bid Manager

to drive our response to complex, high-stakes RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

This role is critical to our success in securing multi-million-euro contracts and accelerating our market leadership in AI.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our proposals are

compliant, competitive, and compelling

, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver winning bids.

• RFP & Bid Management

  • Lead the end-to-end response process for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring high-quality, on-time submissions.
  • Coordinate inputs from sales, product, engineering, legal, security, and delivery teams to craft cohesive, client-focused proposals.
  • Ensure all responses meet customer requirements and deadlines, with zero tolerance for compliance gaps.
  • Develop and maintain a library of reusable RFP content, including AI capabilities, technical architecture, security, and compliance documentation.

• Commercial Deal Support

  • Partner with GTM leadership to structure scalable AI solutions that align with pricing models and client needs.
  • Support the creation of:
  • + Statements of Work (SoW)
  • + Delivery plans and resource assumptions
  • + Cost models and commercial frameworks
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as the central hub between GTM/Sales, Product, Engineering/Research, Legal & Compliance, and Delivery/Professional Services.
  • Ensure proposals accurately reflect product capabilities, roadmap alignment, and client expectations.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: Proven track record in RFP/bid management, preferably in AI, tech, or public sector environments. Experience in the Middle East AND European RFP (EU Institutions, National Governments) is a plus.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain meticulous documentation.
  • Collaborative: Strong interpersonal skills to align diverse stakeholders and drive consensus.
  • Strategic: Ability to translate technical and commercial requirements into persuasive, client-centric proposals.
  • Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.

Nice-To-Haves

  • Familiarity with public sector tenders (MEA region experience is a plus).
  • Background in AI, cloud computing, or enterprise software.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages, e.g., Arabic or French, are advantageous).
