EXPERIENCE:

Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident).
BSEE or MSEE with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in RF system architecture, modeling, simulation, integration, and validation.
Proficiency with AWR Microwave Office or comparable RF simulation tools strongly preferred.
Experience with military standards, defense electronics, and electro-mechanical system integration is highly desirable.

Strong expertise in RF, in particular HF system design, including filters, amplifiers, impedance matching, and performance optimization.
Proficiency with RF modeling and simulation tools such as AWR Microwave Office, ADS, HFSS, CST, or equivalent.
Experience with mixed-signal PCB design principles, RF layout practices, and signal integrity considerations.
Knowledge of EMI/EMC, thermal management, and environmental qualification requirements.
Familiarity with software and firmware interactions within embedded electronic systems.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary engineering environment and interact directly with customers when required. Understanding of software and firmware principles for system design and modification.
