Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for a Revit/BIM Operator located in the Riyadh Region.
The role involves creating and managing 3D models using Revit and other Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
Responsibilities
include preparing detailed drawings, coordinating plan developments, collaborating with architects, engineers, and project teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM software, and 3D modeling tools
- Experience in creating and managing detailed construction drawings
- Knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and project specifications
- Strong coordination and collaboration skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail in design and technical tasks
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Relevant certifications or a degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with construction projects and familiarity with industry best practices are a plus
