About the Role
The Revenue Solution Architect serves as a technical expert within the Revenue organization.
The role partners closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, Technology, and the Enterprise Data Organization.
The position translates customer objectives into implementable technical solution designs aligned with product capabilities and supported architectures.
The role focuses on technical discovery, solution design, and validation to reduce delivery risk and improve deal progression.
Primary Focus
- Execute solution architecture for opportunities and customer engagements using approved product capabilities, integration patterns, and delivery approaches.
- Produce repeatable architecture artifacts such as diagrams, integration flows, assumptions, risks, and non-functional requirements.
- Support customer conversations by shifting discussions from features to workflows and outcomes using technical narratives and playbooks.
Revenue and Deal Enablement
- Partner with Sales and Account teams on technical qualification, requirements clarification, and solution shaping.
- Prepare technical inputs covering assumptions, dependencies, sizing, and sequencing to reduce ambiguity during deal execution.
- Participate in customer technical meetings and respond to technical questions.
Customer and Commercial Problem Solving
Build working knowledge of customer workflows and map them to solution capabilities to support measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience, as stated in the source posting metadata.
