Role overview

Permanent Revenue Operations Lead role in Dubai, UAE, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.

This is the first hire for a new function, tasked with defining Revenue Operations across Sales and Account Management as a peer function.

The stated success goals include a shared funnel, forecast, and data standards within the first two quarters, followed by system-generated contracts, pricing controls, revenue visibility, and a three-person team within a year.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations, including at least two years owning the function or a major pillar at a similarly complex business.
  • Own a Salesforce organization as system owner or architect, including its data model, sharing model, validation rules, record types, and integrations; administrator or power-user experience alone is insufficient.
  • Have defined funnel and forecast methodology across multiple commercial functions and secured its adoption.
  • Have built or run a deal desk, pricing governance, or commercial approval framework with Finance.
  • Have worked across multiple entities or jurisdictions with Legal, Finance, and Compliance as regular stakeholders.

Required skills and competencies

  • Salesforce fluency at architect level, working competence with Tableau, and credibility in data engineering discussions.
  • Design processes, implement rules in systems, and enforce standards with senior commercial stakeholders.
  • Read a P&L and understand effective cost, margin floors, and pricing mechanics.
  • Influence peer teams through evidence, standards, and practical value rather than hierarchy.
  • Work hands-on and deliver system changes quickly.

Preferred experience

  • Payments, fintech, or iGaming experience is preferred, particularly exposure to acquiring, alternative payment methods, approval rates, settlement, or rolling reserve.
  • Experience standing up Revenue Operations from zero or helping a commercial organization scale or relocate to a new hub is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own commercial Salesforce architecture, data model, access rules, record types, validation, and integration roadmap; bring Tableau usage and volume data into the commercial environment.
  • Define and enforce a shared funnel and handover between Sales and Account Management; own the Rules of Engagement playbook and quarterly stakeholder SLAs.
  • Establish common commercial data definitions and a single source of truth; own forecast discipline, scorecard, demand register, and its evidence standard.
  • Run the deal desk with Finance, including pricing frameworks, approval controls, a pricing simulator, Salesforce contract generation and e-signature, opportunity pricing flags, and pricing audit trails.
  • Recruit and lead a Salesforce and systems specialist and a data and reporting analyst; deliver the commercial operating plan and own commercial KPIs.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary package aligned with experience and market standards.
  • Medical insurance from day one, training and development resources, and office refreshments.
  • Collaborative multinational organization, team-building activities, and an employee recognition program.
  • Visa sponsorship is provided.
