Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Revenue Manager role based in Dubai at Icon Delux Hotel Apartments – Al Barsha.
The Revenue Manager will oversee pricing strategies, room inventory, and distribution channels to maximize revenue and profit across all room types and segments.
Responsibilities
include monitoring daily pick-up, forecasting demand, analyzing market trends, and adjusting rates and restrictions accordingly.
The role will also involve preparing regular revenue reports, supporting the budgeting process, and collaborating with Sales, Reservations, and Front Office to optimize occupancy and average daily rate.
The Revenue Manager will work closely with management to implement revenue management best practices, evaluate performance against KPIs, and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Revenue Management and Revenue Recognition skills, with experience in optimizing pricing and inventory across multiple channels.
- Solid Accounting and Finance knowledge, including understanding of hotel financial statements and revenue reporting.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with revenue management systems, PMS, channel managers, and Excel or similar analytical tools.
- Background in hospitality, preferably in hotels or serviced apartments; prior experience in a Revenue Manager or similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a structured, detail-oriented, and results-focused approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
