About Chapter One
Chapter One is a modern hospitality platform that helps owners, developers, and partners unlock the value of assets through flexible operating models.
Through branded, co-branded, and white-label structures, we create experiences that are more relevant to how people live today.
Built for residential, mixed-use, and transitional properties, Chapter One combines operational clarity, stronger identity, and long-term value.
With over 120 apartments in operation, 250+ signed, and a pipeline of more than 300 units across Riyadh and Dubai, we are building a more flexible and performance-led hospitality platform for the region.
We operate through branded, co-branded, and white-label models across serviced apartments, flexible living, residential hospitality, and mixed-use assets.
The Role
We are looking for a Revenue Manager to help build and lead the revenue function at Chapter One as we expand our operations in KSA.
Our portfolio sits between hospitality, serviced apartments, multifamily, residential leasing, corporate housing, and extended stay.
The role requires someone who can think beyond nightly rates and occupancy, and understand how to balance short-stay, medium-stay, long-stay, corporate, relocation, and multifamily-style demand.
You will help shape how Chapter One prices, forecasts, manages distribution, reviews demand, supports owners, and makes better commercial decisions across different assets and markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage pricing strategies across short, medium, and long-stay demand.
- Support revenue strategy across branded, co-branded, and white-label assets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, seasonality, events, corporate demand, relocation demand, and new supply.
- Manage rate structures, restrictions, promotions, stay-length strategies, and channel performance.
- Work closely with sales, reservations, operations, finance, and guest experience teams.
- Build clear revenue reports, forecasts, dashboards, and commercial trackers.
- Support budgeting, owner reporting, commercial reviews, and new asset onboarding.
- Help create the revenue management rhythm, tools, and standards for a growing hospitality platform.
Who We Are Looking For
- You are commercially sharp, analytical, and practical.
- You understand that revenue management is not only about increasing rates. It is about making better decisions around demand, pricing, channel mix, length of stay, cash flow, guest profile, and asset value.
- You are comfortable working in a growing company where systems and processes are still being built.
- You can bring structure to commercial complexity, challenge decisions respectfully, and explain your recommendations clearly.
- You care about performance, but you also understand that pricing decisions affect owners, guests, teams, operations, and brand positioning.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in revenue management, commercial strategy, reservations, distribution, serviced apartments, extended stay, multifamily, residential leasing, corporate housing, or hospitality.
- Experience in multifamily, serviced apartments, residential leasing, extended-stay, corporate housing, or mixed short- and long-stay residential assets is essential.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, or the wider GCC market is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, channel mix, segment mix, booking pace, lead time, monthly pricing, corporate rates, leasing cycles, and forecasting.
- Experience with PMS, channel managers, OTA extranets, revenue systems, dashboards, Excel, Google Sheets, and commercial reports.
- Strong communication skills in English. Arabic is preferred but not a must.
What We Offer
- Fun, because hospitality should be enjoyable.
- Chaos, but the kind that fuels growth and innovation.
- Opportunity to shape not just a role, but a commercial function.
- Fairness, in how we work and how we reward.
- Respect for you, your ideas, and your journey.
- Empowerment, to make decisions, take ownership, and grow with us.
- A chance to help build one of the region’s most relevant residential hospitality platforms from the inside.
