About the Role

RE/MAX ZAM is hiring a Revenue Growth Manager to lead the growth of qualified business opportunities across three key areas: investor leads, property seller leads, and broker recruitment leads.

This is not a traditional marketing role, social media role, content creation role, or paid advertising role.

We already have resources managing content, paid ads, website management, CRM, and creative execution.

This role is for a commercially minded growth professional who knows how to identify, build, and scale lead generation channels that convert into measurable business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth, business development, partnerships, demand generation, lead generation, community building, CRM activation, or high-ticket client acquisition.

Primary Objectives

  • Generate qualified investor leads.
  • Generate qualified property seller leads.
  • Generate broker recruitment leads.
  • Build strategic partnerships that create commercial opportunities.
  • Improve lead conversion from existing marketing, CRM, content, and website assets.
  • Increase qualified meetings for the sales and leadership teams.
  • Create scalable organic and partnership-led acquisition channels.

Growth & Lead Generation Strategy

  • Own the lead generation strategy for RE/MAX ZAM.
  • Identify new channels that can generate qualified investor, seller, and broker recruitment opportunities.
  • Build repeatable systems for organic, referral, CRM, partnership, and community-based lead generation.
  • Convert existing marketing activity into measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Track lead quality, conversion performance, and meeting generation.

Investor, Seller & Broker Recruitment Leads

  • Develop strategies to attract property investors, property owners, and experienced real estate brokers.
  • Create lead generation funnels for each audience segment.
  • Identify where each audience spends time online and offline, then build acquisition strategies around those channels.
  • Work with sales and recruitment teams to understand lead quality, objections, and conversion gaps.

Partnerships & Referral Channels

  • Build referral relationships with mortgage brokers, wealth advisors, business setup companies, relocation consultants, investor groups, corporate organizations, and other relevant partners.
  • Create partnership programs that consistently bring qualified opportunities into the business.
  • Identify strategic partnerships that support investor acquisition, seller acquisition, and broker recruitment.
  • Manage relationships with partners and track the performance of each channel.

CRM, Database & Funnel Activation

  • Reactivate dormant CRM databases through structured WhatsApp, email, and follow-up campaigns.
  • Improve lead nurturing workflows and conversion journeys.
  • Work with internal teams to improve landing pages, lead magnets, reports, guides, and database campaigns.
  • Recommend improvements to website lead capture, forms, landing pages, and conversion points.
  • Use CRM insights to identify missed opportunities and improve follow-up processes.

Organic & Community Growth

  • Build growth opportunities through LinkedIn, WhatsApp communities, Telegram groups, Facebook groups, investor communities, business networks, and relevant online/offline platforms.
  • Identify low-cost, scalable channels for qualified lead generation.
  • Turn existing content, podcasts, reports, social media activity, and market insights into lead generation assets.
  • Build community-driven growth channels that attract serious investors, sellers, and brokers.

Reporting & Accountability

  • Provide weekly reporting on:
  • Investor leads generated.
  • Seller leads generated.
  • Broker recruitment leads generated.
  • Qualified meetings created.
  • Partnership opportunities created.
  • Website lead performance.
  • CRM reactivation results.
  • Channel performance and conversion quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in growth, business development, partnerships, demand generation, lead generation, or commercial acquisition.
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads, partnerships, meetings, or revenue opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead funnels, database activation, and customer acquisition.
  • Experience building organic, referral, community, or partnership-led growth channels.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes, not vanity metrics.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work directly with senior leadership and report clearly on performance.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn business objectives into action plans.
  • Experience in real estate, property portals, mortgage brokerage, wealth management, business setup, or high-ticket sales is strongly preferred.

Important Clarification

This is not a role for someone whose main experience is only social media posting, content creation, graphic design, paid ads management, or general digital marketing.

The successful candidate must be able to create qualified business opportunities and show how their work directly contributes to leads, meetings, partnerships, recruitment, and revenue growth.
