What Winning Looks Like

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle β from inbound discovery call through close and onboarding handoff
- Uncover pain, establish urgency, match the right Magic product to each prospect's needs
- Manage a high-volume pipeline with discipline
- Collaborate with Support and Ops so clients start strong and stay happy
- Treat coaching as part of the job β apply feedback fast
Your Background
- You Are the Right Fit If You've Done Any of These:
- **Outbound sales β**
- cold calling, SDR/BDR with a track record of booking and closing, field sales, door-to-door, telesales
- **B2C closing β**
- insurance, real estate, financial products, automotive, telecom, retail finance.
- You closed deals face-to-face or over the phone, and you hit numbers.
- **BPO sales β**
- outbound or upselling roles at a call center with U.S. client exposure
- SDR/BDR promoted to AE β you've already made the jump, or you're ready to make it now
- Any sales role where rejection was part of the job and you showed up anyway
What We Need From You
- English at C1 or C2 β clear, confident, natural with U.S. buyers
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets β any industry, B2B or B2C
- CRM discipline β HubSpot or equivalent
- Available MondayβFriday during US Eastern or Central hours
- Stable home internet (min. 20 Mbps) for daily video calls

Your Growth Path
- **Account Executive (0β6 months):**
- Master Magicβs product suite, build pipeline discipline, establish consultative selling habits
- **Senior Account Executive (6β18 months):**
- Consistently exceed quota, mentor new AEs, manage higher-value accounts
- **Team Lead / Sales Manager (18β36 months):**
- Lead a pod of AEs, own team targets, contribute to sales strategy
- **Sales Director (3+ years):**
- Oversee sales operations, drive go-to-market strategy, partner with leadership on growth
Key Time Zone & Schedule Requirements
- Work Schedule: 9-hour shifts following US business hours
- Paid Training Schedule: 9:00 AM β 5:00 PM Eastern Time (mandatory attendance for 5 weeks)
- Time Zone Alignment: Must be able to consistently work in Eastern Time, including adjustments for Daylight Saving Time and other US time zones
- Availability: Monday to Friday, with consistent availability during U.S. business hours

- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
- Professional headset for clear client communication
