Basic Qualifications:
- Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years or HS/GED and 6 years of related experience
- Experience supporting business applications, sales technologies, learning platforms, or enablement technologies, platform management and industry trends
- Basic understanding of sales processes, sales technology ecosystems, or sales or revenue enablement disciplines.
- Experience with change management. Must be a driver of change with a bias for action.
- Experience analyzing data and creating reports using technology platforms and productivity tools.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years or HS/GED and 6 years of related experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Learning & Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related function.
- Technology and Change Management: Experience with enablement technologies such as Seismic, Highspot, Showpad, Allego, Gong, Chorus, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Copilot, or similar platforms; experience supporting technology rollouts, user adoption initiatives, or change management efforts.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of assigned projects.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, communicate effectively, and adapt to a dynamic B2B sales environment.
- Comfortable succeeding in ambiguous, evolving, and self-directed situations
- Compensation
