Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Assurance & Data Monitoring Specialist to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of revenue-generating transactions across the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational and financial data, identifying revenue leakages, performing reconciliations, generating reports, and supporting management with data-driven insights to improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze revenue-related transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify, investigate, and report revenue leakages, discrepancies, and operational irregularities.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations between operational systems, financial records, and customer transactions.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Develop and maintain revenue assurance reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Monitor system-generated transactions and validate data accuracy across multiple platforms.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, IT, and Commercial teams to resolve discrepancies and improve controls.
- Conduct audits of operational and financial data to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation of revenue assurance controls and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare periodic management reports highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis through accurate data reporting.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Assurance, Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, Audit, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis functions.
- Experience working with ERP systems, databases, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.
- Ability to interpret large datasets and provide meaningful business insights.
- Strong understanding of reconciliations, financial controls, and data validation processes.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Operations, Parking Management, Transportation, Facilities Management, Retail, Telecommunications, or Service Industries.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data visualization and reporting tools.
- Experience with revenue assurance frameworks, audit processes, and internal controls.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CISA, CBIP, or equivalent are an advantage.
