Entry-level role supporting revenue tracking, forecasting, and budgeting across the organization.

Reports to the Director of FP&A and partners with Finance, Sales, Client Management, and Operations.

Provides hands-on exposure to ERP systems and structured training and mentorship.

Track and report revenue by customer, region, branch, and service line, including service agreements, time-and-materials, and projects or installations.
Support monthly revenue close, billing reconciliations, deferred and unbilled revenue review, and revenue-related journal entries.
Prepare recurring bookings, billings, backlog, and recurring contract revenue reports; analyze variances and explain drivers.
Monitor service agreement renewals, cancellations, and price escalations; build and maintain revenue dashboards and KPIs.

Assist with monthly and quarterly Workday revenue forecasts using pipeline, backlog, contract, and historical trend data.
Support annual budgeting by preparing revenue inputs, gathering Sales and Operations assumptions, and loading budget data.
Maintain documented, version-controlled Workday and Excel models; compare forecast accuracy with actual results and help refine methods.
Support scenario and sensitivity analysis and prepare budget-to-actual packages and revenue commentary for leadership reviews.

Support revenue-related billing, job, contract, and customer data in SamPro and Workday.
Audit and clean revenue master data, identify billing or revenue data issues, and assist Systems and Accounting with resolution.
Participate in testing billing and revenue system enhancements and configuration changes.
Use SQL and BI tools such as Domo or similar to pull, validate, and visualize revenue data; maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.

Build pricing, proposal, and deal models for service agreements and projects; analyze profitability and margin to inform pricing decisions.
Track sales pipeline, bookings, and win rates and connect sales activity to revenue forecasts.
Support sales performance reporting, including quota attainment and commission calculations where applicable.
Translate sales and operational data into insights and recommendations; participate in cross-functional alignment meetings.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis; FP&A or accounting internship experience is preferred.
Understanding of accounting and financial concepts, including revenue recognition, accruals, and the three financial statements.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and simple models.
Hands-on BI tool experience such as Domo or Power BI; coursework or internship experience counts. SamPro or Workday exposure is a plus.
Basic SQL skills for data extraction and validation, including SELECT, joins, filters, and aggregations; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
