Revenue Accounting Manager

About This Role

The Revenue Accounting Manager is responsible for supporting effective cash management processes in line with the corporate liquidity and risk management guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• :

Manage monthly revenue intake sheets, spreadsheet files and inter-company report

• s.Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process for revenue-related account
• s.Design and maintain effective internal controls over revenue processe
• s.Ensure accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of accounting dat
• a.Prepare journal entries required for monthly revenue recognition / billing proces
• s.Research and resolve discrepancies identified in monthly revenue numbers and explains variance
• s.Liaise with banks and other financial institutions to identify the most favorable deposit and borrowing terms for flyadeal, in order to optimize cost
• s.Ensure proper revisions are performed in revenue transactions for the new customers, in order to ensure the consistency with established revenue terms and pattern
• s.Ensure timely collection of revenue transactions, coordinate with relevant departments, analyse overdue customer balance
• s.Formulate action plans to reduce the number of outstanding invoices, in compliance with flyadeal’s corporate policie
• s.Participate in developing and managing budget and forecasting future revenu
• e.Liaises with internal audit in order to assist with preparation of annual audit schedule
