Experience with order management, returns/RMA processes, logistics, customer service, or technology hardware is preferred, particularly within a global organization supporting enterprise customers and professional video collaboration solutions such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
