- High School Diploma or GED preferred Experience: Prior experience working in a distribution center/warehouse environment. 1+ industrial maintenance experience preferred Skills and Demands: Hard Skills: Ability to learn and operate all facility equipment including computers, forklifts, floor scrubbers, and retreading machinery. Soft Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, perform basic arithmetic functions: add, subtract, multiply, and divide, time management skills, organization skills, can-do attitude, sense of urgency, and strong work ethic. Frequently lift and/or move over 75 pounds. Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
