Positions will vary from Vice Principal, Principal to Director vacancies. An Interim Vice Principal or Interim Principal would be responsible for all aspects of the operation of the school facility and its programs.

include: supervision/evaluation of professional & support staff; program development; scheduling; budget development and administration; student intervention & discipline; extracurricular activities, etc. An Interim Director of a content area would support the Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum and Instruction with the planning, recommendation and effective implementation of curriculum and instruction, program supervision, budget development and the evaluation of instructional staff in the assigned area of responsibility. QUALIFICATIONS: - Appropriate New Jersey Certification required: Standard NJ Principal Certificate - Demonstrated successful teaching experience in content areas, combined with proven leadership as a district-level administrator or building principal, and strong skills in management, problem-solving, organization, and human relations. - Ability to maintain a positive learning environment - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Compliance with the NJ FIRST Act - Successful Criminal History Clearance - Proof of U.S. Citizenship or appropriate employment authorization TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT Salary and benefits as determined by the Board of Education and any applicable and collective negotiations agreement.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and education.
