About This Role

Growth Retention Manager

We are working with a leading UAE-based business services organisation that is looking to hire a

Retention Manager

  • to lead and develop its renewals function.
  • This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving revenue from existing customers, improving retention, managing a team, and building stronger customer journeys.
  • The role will focus on leading a renewals / retention team across both B2B and B2C customers, ensuring monthly revenue targets are achieved, customers are retained, and renewal opportunities are managed effectively.
  • What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading, managing, and coaching a renewals / retention team
  • Driving monthly renewal revenue and customer retention targets
  • Improving renewal rates, conversion rates, and customer experience
  • Managing the renewals pipeline and tracking performance through CRM
  • Producing reports, forecasts, and insights for senior management
  • Handling escalations and complex customer renewal cases
  • Working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Client Experience teams
  • Identifying ways to improve processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • **What we’re looking for:**
  • Experience in renewals, retention, customer success, account management, or revenue-focused roles
  • Previous team management experience
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to work towards targets
  • Good reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving ability
  • Experience in business setup, company formation, corporate services, EOR, PRO services, SaaS, telecoms, insurance, banking, or another renewal-led environment would be highly relevant
  • Arabic is a plus, but not essential
  • This role would suit someone who is commercially driven, customer-focused, and confident leading a team in a fast-paced, target-led environment.
