Retail Training Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Diagnose team training needs with operations and wholesale leaders and develop action plans to drive sales results.
• Deliver programs covering brand, make-up artistry, product, sales, and performance training, aligned with Sales, Brand, Marketing, and HR strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and training ROI; evaluate team education and report results to leadership.
• Create onboarding programs, mystery-shopping journeys, digital training platforms, newsletters, and training calendars.
• Support CRM initiatives and identify improvements to service, operations, and store or account performance.
• Coach teams at grand openings, product launches, and other retail events; provide performance feedback.
• Facilitate seminars and identify learning needs on retail and wholesale sales floors.
• Track consumer and competitor trends and update leadership.
• Frequent store visits are required; this is a field role.

Candidate requirements

• 3+ years of relevant training and education experience.
• Extensive experience in wholesale partnerships and a retail selling environment.
• Advanced customer service, make-up artistry, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to drive sales through training and education and deliver service excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, business acumen, and collaborative working style.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
