Retail Team Lead / Area Supervisor
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Retail Team Lead / Area Supervisor to oversee field execution within an assigned region, leading and developing a team of Sales Experts (SEs).
This role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing day-to-day field operations, and overseeing escalations within the region, while ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
As the primary owner of field execution in your territory, you will act as the key point of contact for your team and regional operations, partnering closely with the Field Manager to deliver consistent results.

What You Bring
- 3–4+ years of retail sales, field leadership, or territory management experience
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage the performance of field-based teams
- Strong sales acumen with a focus on driving results and execution
- Experience managing regional operations, scheduling, and field logistics
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership of a territory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Access to a reliable vehicle (required)
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Criminal background check required
