About This Role
We are looking for an experienced Retail Showroom Manager-Jewellery to lead our jewellery showroom. The role involves driving sales, managing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a high-performing team in a luxury retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and maximize showroom profitability
Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
Manage showroom operations, merchandising, and visual standards
Oversee inventory control, stock audits, and replenishment
Ensure compliance with transactions and security procedures
Manage daily showroom operations and team performance
Knowledge of daily market rates, weight, and making charges
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, VAT, and secure high-value transactions
Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff
