About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Store Incharge / Site Manager / Assistant Site Manager to oversee daily operations of our photo retail business in indoor & Outdoor theme park.
The role ensures smooth operations, strong sales performance, excellent guest experience, and effective team leadership in a fast-paced setting.
Site Operations Take full ownership of end-to-end store/site operations, including daily retail activities, kiosks, POS systems, and merchandise management.
Lead, mentor, and manage Team Leaders and Sales Associates to achieve operational, sales, and guest service targets.
Act as a proactive, hands-on leader on the floor, driving team engagement, motivation, and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact with partners and maintain professional relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
Monitor team performance, sales results, operational metrics, and resolve escalated guest issues to ensure high satisfaction.
Manage site/store expenses within approved budgets and propose innovative strategies for revenue growth and operational improvements.
Sales & Performance Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Review sales reports and implement improvement plans.
Support the team during peak hours and high-traffic periods.
Ensure effective visual merchandising and promotional execution.
Guest Experience Deliver a consistently high-quality guest and retail experience.
Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Gather guest feedback to improve service and operations.
Requirement Experience as a Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, Supervisor, or Team Lead in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or Attraction / Theme Park.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Sales-driven with experience managing targets and KPIs.
Comfortable with POS systems and operational reporting tools.
Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
Willing to move or relocate based on business requirements.
Self-driven, accountable, and hands-on leadership style.
Operational Expertise
Strong understanding of retail operations.
Guest-Focused Mindset
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Experience with POS systems, digital tools, and operational platforms.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve challenges effectively.
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and during peak operational periods.
