Retail Stocking Team Supervisor - Full-Time

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead merchandise receiving, unloading, sorting, processing, and flow to the sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization.
• Reinforce asset protection and promote customer and associate safety.
• Direct associates and workloads, monitor productivity and merchandise protection, and ensure policy compliance.
• Coach associates, recognize performance, and assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and community relations programs.
• Coordinate meals and breaks and monitor schedule adherence.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big-box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, engaging attitude.
• Availability for a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to handle merchandise weighing 40 pounds or more and to stand and walk for extended periods.

Compensation and benefits

• Base pay is $18.25 to $20.25 per hour.
