Retail Staff Pharmacist

Qualifications

• 1-2 year experience in retail pharmacy preferred. Previous 340B and/or specialty pharmacy experience preferred.
• Hold and maintain a current, valid in-date license/registration to practice Pharmacy in the state of practice. Immunization privilege and required CPR certification preferred. Must not currently be on any federal government exclusion lists (i.e. OIG, GSA), have any active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in a private, federal, or state health insurance program upon hire and thereafter.
