What you will do
- Contribute to the protection of our customers through the implementation of our Responsible Gambling and overall compliance strategy.
- Train your team to have a sound understanding of the business and our products.
- Plan and work towards defined goals, and manage controllable costs.
- Ensure you and your team maintain high shop standards.
- Follow our recruitment, induction, and ongoing learning and development processes
- Complete shop rotas.
- Support your wider area team, e.g. investigations, formal meetings, lead roles.
- Work Patterns
- Our shops can be open from Monday to Sunday 8am - 10pm depending on the location. This includes weekends and bank holidays. You will work 37.5 hours and ensure that you schedule yourself to work with each member of your shop team. You will complete rotas at least four weeks in advance.
- To be successful in this role:
- You must be 18 years of age or over to work in one of our betting shops.
- Experience improving team performance.
- Experience delivering great customer service!
- Previous people management experience preferrable.
- Enjoy engaging with customers from all walks of life.
- Experience dealing with challenging situations.
