Retail Sales Specialist — Laundry Hub
Duty Hours 12 Hours (11 hour work + 1 hour Break) + 1 day Rotational Off per week

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Expert to join our front-line team.
In this role, you will be the face of Laundry Hub — driving walk-in sales, upselling service packages, building lasting customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience that reflects our brand standards.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly sales targets for laundry packages, express services, and add-ons (stain removal, fabric protection, alterations, etc.)
- Actively upsell and cross-sell premium service tiers and subscription/loyalty packages
- Convert walk-in enquiries into confirmed orders through consultative selling
Customer Experience
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner at all times
- Educate customers on garment care, service options, and turnaround timelines
- Handle complaints and service recovery promptly, escalating where necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at every stage of the service journey
Store Operations
- Process orders accurately using the POS/order management system
- Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product/service displays in the store
- Manage cash handling, receipts, and daily reconciliation
- Coordinate with the operations/backend team for order tracking and delivery updates
Customer Retention & Loyalty
- Enroll customers into loyalty/membership programs and follow up on renewals
- Conduct outbound calls or WhatsApp follow-ups on pending collections and repeat business
- Maintain an updated customer database and order logs
Reporting
- Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the Store Manager
- Flag recurring customer feedback or service issues to the management team
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of retail sales or customer service experience (laundry, dry cleaning, hospitality, preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with POS systems and basic MS Office / Google Sheets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and public holidays
