Responsibilities
- Provide consistent customer service, own and de-escalate problems, and offer alternative advice.
- Stay informed about product and service launches and promotions.
- Use digital tools and systems to interact with customers.
- Review monthly sales targets and progress to meet or exceed performance metrics.
- Collaborate with teammates on solutions and communicate process or procedure updates.
- Support team goals and customer loyalty through knowledgeable sales advice.
Candidate profile
- Past customer service experience.
- Positive attitude, customer rapport-building skills, and ability to explain products and services clearly.
- Ownership, initiative, ability to handle challenging feedback, and self-motivation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for a varied and flexible schedule from Monday through Sunday.
- Pride in the work environment and ability to act as a brand ambassador.
