Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Retail Sales Promoter to be the vibrant face of Asher Ventures within various retail environments.
In this pivotal role, you will not only showcase our exceptional range of sustainable fashion, health, and lifestyle products but also passionately engage with customers, creating memorable experiences that drive product awareness and significantly boost sales.

Key Responsibilities
- **Product Promotion & Demonstration:** Actively engage with customers to promote and demonstrate Asher Ventures' diverse product portfolio, highlighting key features, benefits, and unique selling propositions (USPs) to drive informed purchasing decisions.
- **Sales & Target Achievement:** Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets, contributing directly to the overall sales performance of the retail location. Proactively identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- **Customer Engagement & Education:** Cultivate positive and professional relationships with customers, providing accurate and comprehensive product information, addressing inquiries, and effectively resolving concerns to ensure a superior customer experience.
- **Merchandising & Brand Representation:** Maintain visually appealing and well-stocked product displays in accordance with Asher Ventures' brand standards. Ensure the retail space reflects the premium quality and values of our brands.
- **Market Insights & Reporting:** Gather valuable customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence, reporting insights to the sales and marketing teams to inform product development and promotional strategies.
- **Inventory Management Support:** Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and organization to ensure product availability and efficient store operations.
- **Event Participation:** Represent Asher Ventures at special promotional events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns, actively engaging attendees and expanding brand reach.
- **Continuous Learning:** Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through ongoing training and self-development to continuously enhance promotional effectiveness.
Qualifications
- **Experience:** Previous experience in retail sales, product promotion, or customer service is highly advantageous. Experience with sustainable or lifestyle products is a significant plus.
- **Communication Skills:** Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- **Customer Focus:** A genuine passion for engaging with customers, building rapport, and delivering outstanding service.
- **Sales Acumen:** Target-driven with a proactive, results-oriented sales mindset and a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
- **Presentation:** Enthusiastic, approachable, and well-presented, reflecting the professional image of Asher Ventures.
- **Flexibility:** Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- **Product Affinity:** A strong interest in and passion for lifestyle, fashion, or wellness products, particularly those with a sustainable focus.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
