We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, and tech-savvy Retail Sales Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, enjoys interacting with customers, and is comfortable using computers and digital tools.
Experience with social media, content creation, and basic photo/video editing will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an outstanding shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Operate POS systems and process cash/card payments accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure store cleanliness.
- Receive, organize, and replenish inventory.
- Assist in product photography.
- Create or assist with social media content when required.
- Perform basic photo editing and short promotional video editing.
- Support online store activities and digital marketing tasks when required.
- Work closely with the marketing and management team to improve customer engagement and sales performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Retail Sales or Customer Service experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and upselling skills.
- Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar software is a strong advantage.
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other social media platforms is preferred.
- Experience using Shopify, POS systems, CRM, or inventory software is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
- Currently residing in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
