Join the team as a customer-focused Retail Sales Executive and provide clients with a premium shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend products.
- Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain product knowledge to answer technical and stylistic questions.
- Keep the showroom organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Build client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Assist with inventory checks and daily sales reporting.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of proven experience in perfume or cosmetic retail sales.
- Arabic, English, and Hindi language skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Excel.
Compensation
- Full-time, permanent role.
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
