Retail Sales & Delivery Associate

Position overview

Delivery duties

• Safely deliver packaged cannabis products using a company-provided vehicle and ensure orders are accurate and timely.
• Maintain delivery records and follow assigned routes, schedules, delivery procedures, training, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with Dispatch and guests, and escalate issues or concerns as needed.
• Operate company equipment and vehicles safely.

Retail and budtending duties

• Provide knowledgeable, professional guest service and accurate, compliant cannabis education.
• Recommend products and promotions, process transactions accurately, and follow inventory and operational procedures.
• Assist with merchandising, store setup, cleaning, and keeping the retail environment organized.
• Support receiving, inventory, store operations, other locations when needed, and budtending when delivery work is unavailable.

Qualifications and requirements

• Must be at least 19 years old and legally permitted to work in Canada.
• Requires a valid Class 5 or 7 BC driver’s licence, clean driver’s abstract, clear criminal record check, and BC Selling It Right certificate.
• Requires strong customer service, communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Candidates should be reliable, self-motivated, team-oriented, comfortable with technology and apps, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Previous delivery, logistics, retail, or customer service experience is an asset.

Employment terms and schedule

• Part-time hourly position offering up to 30 hours per week.
• Must be available for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, and provide coverage for staffing needs when required.
• Must be willing to sign FARM’s terms of employment contract.
