The Retail Sales Agent Role
DHL is seeking a Retail Sales Agent to join its team. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role involves daily customer interaction for both outbound and inbound processes, alongside critical financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers daily for outbound and inbound processes.
- Prepare and submit daily cash collection reports.
- Manage Gateways payments and reconciliation processes.
- Perform other General Ledger and accounting tasks as outlined in the Principal Accountabilities.
- Address and resolve issues related to CAA reconciliation and other cash and duty reconciliations proactively.
- Required Experience
- Candidates should have 0-1 years of relevant experience.
