Overview
We are seeking licensed Pharmacists with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in a UAE based retail pharmacy group.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong customer service skills, solid OTC product knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescription medications in compliance with UAE regulations
- Provide professional patient counseling on medication use, dosage, side effects, and interactions
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
- Actively recommend and promote appropriate OTC products based on customer needs
- Drive OTC sales while maintaining ethical standards
- Monitor stock levels, expiries, and merchandising standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Valid UAE Pharmacist License (DHA / DOH / MOH)
- Minimum 2 years UAE retail pharmacy experience (mandatory)
- Strong OTC product knowledge and sales ability
- Experience handling UAE insurance prescriptions
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Arabic is an advantage
- Experience in large pharmacy chains preferred
