About The Role
We are not looking for a traditional manager.
We are looking for someone who can run branches with discipline, structure, and performance.
You must have real experience in perfume retail and the ability to train, control, and execute a strict sales system.
What You Will Do
- Operate branches based on a structured sales system (no random work)
- Train staff on perfume selling, storytelling, and closing
- Monitor performance daily (attendance, activity, results)
- Enforce discipline inside branches
- Identify weak staff and fix or replace them
- Push the team to hit daily targets under pressure
Requirements (Strict)
- Experience in perfume retail is mandatory
- Proven ability to manage and control a sales team
- Strong personality (you can lead, not just follow)
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Detail-oriented and performance-driven
Important
This is a hands-on role, not an office job.
You will be responsible for execution, discipline, and results inside the branches.
If you are not comfortable managing people under pressure,
this role is not for you.
Salary + Bonus
