A Retail Operations Manager is sought to lead and manage the operations of retail branches in Riyadh, enhancing sales performance and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
- Complete supervision of branch operations and provision of suitable staff.
- Increase sales and profitability while improving operational efficiency.
- Monitor branch managers and enhance discipline levels.
- Ensure availability of essential items and coordination with the warehouse and inventory.
- Monitor in-store displays and implement operational standards.
- Analyze performance indicators and provide regular reports to management.
- Participate in the setup and opening of new branches.
- Establish and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Essential Requirements
- Strong experience in the retail sector.
- Mandatory and essential experience in apparel, preferably in fashion or intimate wear.
- Proven previous experience in managing multiple branches.
- Operational experience in branch management, sales monitoring, team management, and performance control.
- High analytical ability and field monitoring skills for decision-making.
- Proficiency in Excel and sales point systems and operational reports.
- Experience in the Saudi market, particularly in Riyadh.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of management or related area.
- Experience of no less than 5 years in operational management, including clear experience in the apparel sector.
