Our Client is an trading Company is a dynamic and growing gold & precious jewelry retailer in Dubai, focused on delivering exceptional products and luxury retail experiences.

We pride ourselves on operational excellence, high customer satisfaction, and strong market presence.They are hiring for an Retail Operations Manager will lead and optimize all retail operations across our stores in Dubai.

This senior role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maximizing sales performance, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving a culture of excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience in retail, preferably in jewelry, gold, or luxury goods.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily retail operations in all stores.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • 2.

Sales & Performance Management

  • Drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
  • Analyze sales reports, trends, and KPIs to formulate strategies.
  • Develop and implement action plans for under-performing areas.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional activities.
  • 3.

Store Standards & Visual Merchandising

  • Ensure consistent brand presentation and merchandising standards.
  • Oversee inventory control and stock management.
  • Maintain store layouts that enhance product visibility and customer experience.
  • Support loss prevention measures including cash handling and security protocols.
  • 4.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate store managers and staff.
  • Conduct training for frontline teams on service standards, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and excellence.
  • 5.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure exceptional customer service at all touchpoints.
  • Address escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high levels of customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • 6.

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare routine operational and performance reports for senior management.
  • Communicate company goals, policies, and changes to the retail teams.
  • Liaise with HQ departments (finance, logistics, marketing).
