Retail Operations & Key Accounts Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores and drive sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Monitor store KPIs and improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
• Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational standards consistently.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation across stores.
• Monitor inventory and replenishment and reduce stock losses.
• Analyze sales reports, market trends, and customer insights to improve performance.
• Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, HR, and operations teams.
• Conduct store audits, ensure policy compliance, resolve customer escalations, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Seven to twelve years of retail management experience; multi-store or regional experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities; proven record of sales growth and target achievement.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and retail reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned locations.

Preferred experience

• Experience in luxury retail, watches, eyewear, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, or premium retail brands preferred.
• Experience managing multiple store locations across regions preferred.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making ability preferred.

Workplace

• The role requires extensive travel across assigned locations.
