Who You Are:

  • University Degree/College Diploma
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, retail coordination, project management, or a similar role; experience in a multi-store environment is a plus
  • Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled at relationship building and cross-functional coordination
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while following through on execution
  • Comfortable communicating with, supporting, and providing feedback to store teams
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Docs
  • Familiarity with project management tools, Shopify, STORIS, and Fulfill.io is a plus
  • Able and willing to travel within Canada for store openings, set-ups, and store visits as required
  • Flexible to occasionally support retail launches or store needs outside of regular business hours

  • Additional Information:
  • This is a current open position. The salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 annually. Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
